Date Night Re-Imagined
For all couples young, old, married, or not, who want to feel closer in a world that constantly pulls us apart…
No matter your stage or story, this workshop and retreat day will meet you where you are..
Date Night Re-Imagined isn’t about fixing anything. It’s not therapy. It’s not cheesy. It’s a space to reconnect through breath, touch, play, and quiet moments that speak louder than words.
This is for you if…
• You’re feeling a bit disconnected — and want to feel close again
• You’re doing great — but want to deepen your intimacy
• You’ve been stressed, and want a nervous system reset together
• You love each other — but life has felt a little flat or rushed
• You’re curious to explore a new kind of intimacy and support
Every relationship has seasons... There are moments when love feels easy and moments when it feels distant, quiet, or hard to reach.
Sometimes we’re growing together. Sometimes… we’re just growing tired.
Whether you’ve been together 2 years or 20… it’s easy to get lost in life, and forget the heartbeat of your connection.
This is an invitation to come back to presence. To remember what it feels like to breathe together to move in sync, laugh, soften, and simply… feel safe again.
This is for you.
Date Night Re-Imagined
A Full-Day Couples Retreat for Presence, Touch, and Connection
What if the connection you’re craving doesn’t need to be fixed?
What if it simply needs to be felt?
You love each other. You’re living life side by side. But somewhere between the routines, the responsibilities, and the noise of everyday stress, closeness begins to fade.
It’s not that anything is broken. It’s just gone quiet.
You want to feel more than fine.
You want to remember what it's like to truly be with one another.
Not just sharing space, but sharing presence.
Not just talking, but connecting.
This retreat was created for that. For the moments that need more feeling, less fixing.
What intimacy really means
From a therapeutic perspective, intimacy is a felt sense of closeness and emotional safety. It's the ability to be fully seen, heard, and met, not just through words, but through the body, the breath, and the nervous system.
Healthy intimacy involves co-regulation, where two people are able to calm and soothe one another naturally. It includes nonverbal cues like touch, eye contact, tone of voice, and physical presence. When intimacy is strong, it feels like home. When it fades, partners often feel distant even when nothing is obviously wrong.
This retreat is designed to help you rebuild that closeness, gently and authentically.
This isn’t therapy. It’s presence.
You won’t be asked to share personal stories.
You won’t be put on the spot.
You won’t be expected to solve anything.
Instead, you’ll be invited to feel what’s already good in your relationship and give it space to come alive again.
You and your partner will move through a guided journey that blends body-based practices, playful exercises, and moments of deep stillness. Every element is created to help you reconnect, regulate, and soften together.
What to expect during the day
Breathwork sessions to harmonize your nervous systems
Partnered fascia release to melt physical and emotional tension
Supportive touch practices that encourage trust and safety
Gentle movement and games to restore joy and lightness
Connection rituals that deepen emotional intimacy without words
Time to pause, reflect, or simply rest together
Every practice is somatically informed and trauma-aware. Whether you're navigating a season of stress or simply want to feel more connected, this retreat meets you where you are.
Why this works, even if you’re not “into this kind of thing”
This retreat isn’t about being deep or emotional. It’s about being in your body, not in your head.
Breath and touch lower cortisol, release oxytocin, and calm the nervous system
Fascia release helps process stress and emotion stored in the body
Shared presence rebuilds trust in ways words can’t
When you feel safe in your body, your relationship naturally softens
There are no lectures, no public sharing, and no pressure to perform. Just space. Just presence. Just a day to return to one another.
Why I love this work
I’ve seen couples walk in with tension and leave holding each other like they remembered something sacred.
I’ve watched eye contact melt years of distance.
I’ve heard laughter return to rooms that started in silence.
I’ve felt the energy shift when two people choose presence over perfection.
That’s why I hold space for couples in this way. Because intimacy doesn’t live in words. It lives in the nervous system. In the body. In the breath.
And sometimes, the most healing thing we can do is slow down long enough to feel it.
So many couples are “doing okay” on the outside…
But underneath the surface, they’re feeling a quiet longing.
Not for more talking.
Not for more date nights filled with distractions.
But for presence. For feeling. For real connection.
In our fast-paced, hyper-verbal world, we rely on words to fix things.
But love doesn’t live in what you say.
It lives in the space between: in the breath, the body, the rhythm, the resonance.
I have created a well thought of curated workshop and retreat to invite couples to slow down, breathe together, and come back to a deeper kind of intimacy. One that transcends performance, pressure, or roles.
Presence isn’t just a spiritual idea, it’s a biological need.
When two people regulate their nervous systems together, it creates what neuroscientists call co-regulation: a felt sense of safety that the body picks up before the mind can explain it.
Here’s what presence does in your relationship:
When we practice presence, we literally rewire how we relate.
That’s what this workshop and retreat gives you, not just tools, but a full-body memory of what it feels like to be truly with your partner, here and now.
Not sure this is your thing? That’s okay.
You don’t need to be “spiritual” or “sensitive” to benefit.
This space isn’t about talking through your feelings or reliving your past.
It’s about:
No therapy. No forced sharing. Just real tools for real connection in a beautiful space, with guided support.
