Meditation
Meditation is the key to connection to your highest self.
It is not something you do to fix things, but something you do to remember who you are and recalibrated from a balanced state.
It is not about becoming a different or even a better person. It's about training your presence and awareness, mastering balance of emotions and getting a healthy sense of perspective.
It is not about turning off your thoughts or feelings., but about learning to observe them without judgment.
Meditation helps to be present in the here and now, fully engaged with whatever we are doing in the moment.
I offer a range of styles of guided meditations to help ground you into your body and your breath, to anchor you into the space and moment and to guide you to connect to your higher self and to the energy of the Universe. ( Body scan, meeting your higher self, twin heart meditation, inner child healing, gratitude...)
Meditation for me is about transcending lower vibrations and to achieve a state of mind from which emanates unconditional loving kindness for me and others.
