Maestro Pedro | Medicine Man | Curandero With over 20 years of study and practice with Ayahuasca and jungle master plants, Maestro Pedro holds ceremony with grounded wisdom and integrity. He sources his own medicine plants directly from his private botanical garden, ensuring authenticity and reverence in each experience.
Malana Retreat Organizer & Trauma-Informed Facilitator | Integration Guide
Malana brings intuitive leadership, presence, and care to the journey. She supports participants through preparation, ceremony integration, and post-retreat embodiment. Her grounded approach ensures that every detail from logistics to emotional holding flows with grace, safety, and love. She and an entire team/staff will be the anchor for the participants.
Bouchra El Amine | Founder of Elam’s Hands
Bouchra is the organizer and energetic space holder for this sacred journey.
She has lovingly curated the medicine team, structure, preparation, and post-retreat integration to ensure every participant is held with care before and after the dieta.
During the retreat itself, Bouchra will be receiving the medicine and participating in the dieta as part of her own healing and deepening process.
This means she will NOT be facilitating ceremonies or holding space inside the maloka, but will remain present and available about 25% of the time during the retreat, supporting the group through somatic practices, grounding and integration moments as her own process allows.
This shared field creates a unique, heart-led experience where everyone including herself meets the medicine with humility, presence, and authenticity.
Together, everyone will hold the field with balance: grounded care, clear structure, and heart-centered presence.

This 11-day Master Plant Dieta is not only a series of Ayahuasca ceremonies, it is a sacred apprenticeship with the teacher plants themselves.
You’ll learn directly from the wisdom of the forest through stillness, silence, and connection to your own body as the living altar of transformation.
A Master Plant Dieta is one of the most traditional and sacred ways of working with the medicine of the Amazon.
It’s a spiritual and energetic apprenticeship with one or more teacher plants, plants that hold distinct frequencies, wisdom, and healing properties.
During the dieta, you enter into a conscious relationship with a chosen plant spirit. Through a combination of plant infusions, prayers, meditation, silence, and dietary purification, you receive its teachings directly, often through dreams, visions, and deep intuitive knowing.
Each plant carries its own medicine: some help clear trauma, others open the heart, calm the nervous system, or expand intuitive awareness.
While Ayahuasca ceremonies are held to deepen connection and awareness, the dieta is the integration ground, the part that rewires your system from the inside out, bringing lasting healing and transformation.
Our team creates the conditions for this relationship to unfold in safety, humility, and reverence honoring the Shipibo lineage and the plants as living teachers.
