This work is sacred and is about returning to yourself beneath the survival patterns, emotional armor, grief, hyper-independence, overthinking, shutdown, and nervous system exhaustion that have been shaping your reality for years.
At Elam’s Hands, plant medicine is approached through a trauma-informed, nervous system-centered, and deeply intentional lens.
This is not recreational use.
This is structured inner work.
Through sacred ceremony, microdosing protocols, somatic integration, emotional processing, coaching, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and guided reflection, these experiences are designed to help people interrupt unconscious patterns and reconnect to clarity, truth, safety, purpose, and embodiment.
The goal is never intensity or escapism!
The goal is transformation and embodiment that lasts.
For years, I searched for healing through traditional pathways alone.
Therapy helped me understand my story intellectually, but my body was still carrying grief, survival, hypervigilance, emotional shutdown, and deep nervous system exhaustion. I had been doing the inner work and understood my patterns, yet I was still living inside them.
My first sacred ceremony changed the trajectory of my life....Taking that leap of faith kinda “saved” me as it gave me access to a unique form of healing that I didn’t know existed, especially after years of fighting chronic severe depression, PTSD, and grief. I'm forever grateful for the alignment of people, spaces, and the courage I had to explore this unknown path.
It allowed me to sit with myself, to go inwards for real, to finally see myself clearly beneath the conditioning, coping mechanisms, trauma responses, and emotional suppression I had normalized for years.
The medicine created interruption, which created possibility.
Since then, I have spent years studying under shamans and mentors, understanding and learning nervous system regulation, somatic healing, trauma-informed facilitation, emotional integration, and ceremonial leadership.
I have participated in over 600 ceremonies across the past seven years while carefully preparing myself to responsibly hold space for others.
I have been initiated and blessed to work with mushrooms ceremonially through Aztec lineage teachings and formally trained in trauma-informed plant medicine facilitation and somatic processes under Atira Tan.
Today, my work combines all of it, a holistic approach to healing. I learnt the hard way that certain modalities and insight alone do not create change.

Psilocybin is a naturally occurring psychedelic compound found in certain species of mushrooms.
When metabolized into psilocin in the body, it interacts primarily with serotonin receptors in the brain, particularly the 5-HT2A receptor system.
Research suggests this temporarily increases neuroplasticity, decreases rigid default patterning, and allows new perspectives, emotional processing, and behavioral flexibility to emerge.
In simple terms, the brain becomes less trapped inside repetitive loops.
People often report:
• Increased emotional clarity
• Reduced emotional numbness
• Greater self-awareness
• Deeper connection to self and others
• Increased compassion
• Reduced depressive rumination
• Access to grief and stored emotions
• Expanded perspective on life patterns
• Renewed meaning and purpose

Small Doses. Deep Rewiring.
Microdosing is the practice of taking sub-perceptual doses of psilocybin intentionally over a structured period of time.
The purpose is to gently explore self awareness, emotional flexibility, nervous system responsiveness, and connection to self. This is very intentional.
This work is especially supportive for individuals navigating:
• Burnout • Emotional numbness
• Depression • Anxiety patterns
• Creative blocks • Chronic stress
• Hypervigilance • Overthinking
• Rigidity • Grief • Identity transitions
• Disconnection from self
• Personalized intention setting, assessment
• Somatic tracking tools • Structured dosing calendar
• Integration coaching calls • Support check-ins
• Reflection prompts + journaling
• Emotional processing guidance
Each container is intentionally tailored to the uniqueness, goals, nervous system patterns, and life circumstances of the individual client.
Full Psilocybin medicine journeys are immersive ceremonial experiences designed for individuals who feel called toward deeper emotional processing, nervous system release, expanded awareness, and transformational healing work.
These ceremonies are intentionally curated with:
• Preparation support • Safety protocols
• Trauma-informed facilitation
• Somatic guidance • Breathwork
• Music and energetic attunement
• Integration support • Grounding and aftercare
This work may support:
• Grief processing • Emotional release
• Trauma healing work
• Relationship patterns • Identity collapse and rebuilding
• Spiritual reconnection • Self-worth wounds
• Life transitions
Every ceremony is approached with reverence, preparation, and responsibility.
This is sacred work.

For those feeling called toward deeper ceremonial work in the Amazonian jungle in Iquitos, Peru, I also facilitate and organize intimate high integrity trauma informed ayahuasca retreat experiences rooted in preparation, safety, and integration.
These retreats are designed as immersive healing containers combining traditional ceremonial elements, a non psychedelic healing plant dieta with preparation, and diet protocols, an experience of reflection and silence, connection to nature and spirit.
Ayahuasca is not for everyone and especially in this way. This is a 10 day retreat which is a powerful inner healing journey for people seeking healing from:
• Longstanding emotional pain
• Addiction patterns
• Trauma loops
• Chronic disconnection
• Life collapse or transition
• Spiritual emptiness
• Relational wounds
• Existential confusion
This work requires readiness, honesty, and of course support.

Cacao is a sacred plant medicine that has been used for centuries in Central and South American traditions for ceremony, connection, and heart-centered reflection.
Unlike psychedelic medicines, ceremonial cacao is non-hallucinogenic. It works gently by increasing blood flow, supporting the release of feel-good neurotransmitters, and creating a sense of warmth, openness, presence, and emotional connection.
Many people experience cacao as a bridge between the mind and the heart. It can support intention setting, meditation, creativity, emotional processing, gratitude, and deeper connection with self and others.
In ceremony, cacao is often combined with breathwork, movement, meditation, journaling, sound healing, or sharing circles to help participants slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what matters most.
At times, I incorporate ceremonial cacao as a supportive plant ally within my workshops, retreats, and healing experiences as it is a gentle, heart-opening medicine that can help participants slow down and access greater presence and emotional awareness.
While not psychedelic, many people find it helps them soften into the experience and engage more fully with their inner world.
