A body-based accountability space for change that actually sticks
This is not a 12-step program. This is not about labels, rock bottoms, or willpower.
This is a somatic, relational, honest space for people who are ready to stop using something as a crutch and learn how to live inside themselves again.
It could be: Alcohol. Weed. Overworking. Over-functioning. Numbing. Checking out. Leaking energy.
If you are here, you already know the pattern you are done with.
What actually happens:
• Irritability increases
• Anxiety spikes
• Anger resurfaces
• Old emotions return
• Creativity feels blocked
• The nervous system panics
• Cravings appear when life feels sharp
This circle teaches you how to:
• Hold withdrawal with compassion instead of force
• Discharge stored emotion safely
• Work with cravings somatically, not mentally
• Rebuild creativity and calm from inside the body
• Stay honest without shame
• Stay consistent without pressure
Sobriety becomes sustainable when the body learns what to do with life again.

• Bi-weekly live Zoom calls
• Every other Thursday
• 45 to 75 minutes per session
• February and March initial container
• Ongoing based on community growth
This is a living, breathing space.
We go with the flow.
We listen to what the group needs.
We build together.
Each gathering follows a fluid but intentional structure:
We land in the body together. Breath, orientation, nervous system settling.
Short teachings on: Withdrawal and nervous system responses.
Because knowledge removes shame.
Gentle, accessible practices such as:
• Tapping
• Self-holding
• Breath-based regulation
• Micro-movements
• Nervous system resourcing
Nothing performative. Nothing forced. Everything titrated.
Optional sharing. No fixing. No advice. Just truth, presence, and being seen.
This is where accountability lives. You stay honest because you are witnessed in relationship with the group.
We close by anchoring what you are carrying into real life until the next call.
This space is for you if:
• You are stopping or reducing alcohol, weed, or another coping pattern
• You are afraid of who you will be without it
• You feel more irritable, anxious, or angry since stopping
• You miss your creativity and flow
• You are tired of white-knuckling change alone
• You want accountability that feels human
• You want tools your body can actually use
This is not substance-specific. This is nervous-system specific.
This is a space to show up exactly as you are.
You do not need to be sober already.
You do not need to have it figured out.
You do not need a rock-bottom story.
You just need willingness.
