The first times, Bouchra created a really welcoming, safe space for me. I'm an anxious person, but with her, I felt peace, comfort and it was so nurturing. And now, many moths later, I can happily say that my life somehow harmonized itself. During my last session, I tapped into stg new: I played a movie in my head, I was visualizing myself in this happy place with a beautiful field, flowers and nature. It was pretty cool.
